Tom Brady surprised fans with a reference he made during the FOX broadcast of Sunday’s Week 6 game between the Los Angeles Rams and Baltimore Ravens.
Brady and FOX play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt were discussing the Ravens options on a fourth down play late in the first half at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md. Lamar Jackson was inactive with a hamstring injury, so the Ravens were struggling in the passing game. Burkhardt noted that star running back Derrick Henry has four touchdown passes in his career.
Brady then told Burkhardt to “check the Polymarket” to find out the odds of Henry attempting a pass.

Polymarket is a cryptocurrency-based betting platform that allows users to wager on future events. Users can buy and sell shares in the outcome of events across various markets like sports, weather, politics and more. Many people became familiar with Polymarket during the U.S. presidential election last November.
Brady, of course, once lost tens of millions of dollars with a bad cryptocurrency investment. It sounds like the legendary quarterback is still keeping close tabs on the crypto world.
