Tom Brady didn’t participate in much of the New England Patriots’ preseason, but he was sure to get his work in on Thursday night.
Brady was seen working on some yoga poses during his team’s preseason game against the New York Giants.

That looked like a little tree and warrior III action from Tom on the sideline. Any wonders about how he’s able to keep going strong at age 42? Look no further than the yoga. It keeps someone young and flexible.
Brady went 8/12 for 75 yards during his team’s third preseason game, which was last week. He did not play in the three others.
