Travis Kelce was once again leaning into the darkness during this week’s game.
Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday in a rematch of Super Bowl LIX. During the second quarter at GEHA Field in Kansas City, Mo., Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was flushed from the pocket and took it in himself for a 13-yard rushing score, giving Kansas City a 9-7 lead.

As the Chiefs headed back to the sideline after the touchdown, an angry Kelce had a visible outburst. The television broadcast showed Kelce slamming down his helmet and yelling, “I’m sick of this s–t!!”
Here is the video.

It is unclear exactly what Kelce was so upset about. But one could guess that he was irritated with the lack of help that Mahomes was getting from the rest of the team (either the offensive linemen for failing to protect Mahomes or the pass-catchers for failing to get open).
Kelce will be turning 36 years old next month and is now in his 13th career NFL season. But he still continues to wear his emotions on his sleeve, especially on the sideline during games (where Kelce once infamously bumped Chiefs head coach Andy Reid during the Super Bowl no less).
