Trent Brown will reportedly sign record deal with Raiders
The Oakland Raiders have plenty of salary cap space heading into 2019, and they have wasted no time burning some of it up.
Just days after they acquired star wide receiver Antonio Brown in a trade and signed him to a hefty extension, the Raiders have reportedly agreed to a four-year contract with offensive tackle Trent Brown. The deal is the largest for an offensive lineman in NFL history.
Former Patriots’ OT Trent Brown intends to sign a four-year, $66 million contract that includes $36.75 million guaranteed with the Oakland Raiders, per source, making him highest paid OL in NFL history.

Brown was drafted in the seventh round by the San Francisco 49ers back in 2015. He was traded to the New England Patriots for a fifth-round pick last season and was a huge reason why they were able to contain some of the best pass-rushers in football during the postseason. He should be a nice addition to Oakland’s offense.
