Report: Trevor Siemian has sprained AC joint in shoulder
The early word on Trevor Siemian’s shoulder injury is that the Denver Broncos reportedly suffered a sprained AC joint in his non-throwing shoulder.
Siemian was slammed to the turf on a sack by Bucs defensive lineman Clinton McDonald in the second quarter Sunday (video here). He left the game and was replaced by rookie first-round pick Paxton Lynch.
Siemian will undergo more testing on Monday.

Siemian was 5 of 7 for 68 yards and a touchdown before leaving the game. Lynch threw for 170 yards and a TD in the Broncos’ 27-7 road win.
Lynch would get the nod as the starter if Siemian were to miss any time, but it’s too early to count out the former 7th-round pick.
