The Kansas City Chiefs have managed to maintain their level of offensive excellence without their most explosive wide receiver and one of their best running backs, and it sounds like they could be getting both players back in the near future.
Chiefs coach Andy Reid told reporters on Wednesday that both Tyreek Hill and Damien Williams are set to return to practice. He would not commit to either playing against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night.
Tyreek Hill and Damien Williams will return to practice today, per Andy Reid.
Didn’t specify how much work they’d get at practice. Didn’t comment on question about whether they’d be available for Sunday.

Williams has missed the last two games with a knee injury, while Hill has been out since he hurt his shoulder in Week 1. We have heard positive updates about the Pro Bowler for quite a while now, and the Chiefs are likely just playing it safe with him while they continue to win games without both him and Williams.
Hill hurt his shoulder on a hard hit from Jalen Ramsey in the season opener, and he was taken to the hospital as a precaution. It was a good sign that the Chiefs chose not to place him on injured reserve, and it would not be a surprise to see him back on the field in Week 6. The 25-year-old signed a three-year extension with Kansas City this offseason after he caught 87 passes for 1,479 yards and 12 touchdowns last year.
