If it were up to Von Miller, Johnny Manziel would already be a Denver Bronco.
Miller told reporters on Friday that he was a big backer of Manziel. The two of them both played at Texas A&M, though not at the same time.
“If I had to make my decision on it, he would already be on the Broncos,” Miller said, via ESPN. “But we’ve got guys in the front office that make those decisions, and they put us in championships with those decisions.
“So I’m just going to follow those guys and have those guys take the lead.”
The Broncos do need another quarterback, and while they have reportedly reached out to Johnny Football, it doesn’t sound like the interest is that serious. If you’ve seen these comments, though, you know that Miller is a huge Manziel fan. No surprise that he’d publicly back him again.
