The NFL continues to deal with heavy criticism of their handling of the Josh Brown situation, with former players weighing in.
Vonta Leach, who played fullback for the Baltimore Ravens from 2011 to 2013 as a teammate of Ray Rice, blasted the NFL and the New York Giants for sticking up for Brown while Rice was pretty much kicked out of the league.

If it comes as any consolation to Leach, Brown is probably done with the Giants and quite possibly with the NFL in light of recent developments. It’s also worth noting that the NFL’s handling of the Rice situation was also widely scrutinized, with the league criticized for going easy on him until actually seeing the tape of the incident. The NFL has taken a lot of heat for their handling of Brown, as have the Giants, and it’s deserved, too.
