Watch: Patrick Mahomes finds new way to throw TD with jump pass
Patrick Mahomes missed the last two games while recovering from a knee injury, and apparently the reigning NFL MVP was able to use his time off to come up with a new way to throw touchdown passes.
Mahomes, who set the NFL on fire last year by completing a no-look pass, channeled his inner Tim Tebow during Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans. He looked like he was about to be sacked but somehow escaped the pressure and completed a jump pass to Mecole Hardman. Hardman turned on the jets and took the ball 63 yards for a touchdown.

Mahomes hinted last year that he has some more tricks up his sleeve that he might bust out during games, so that may have been one of them. NFL fans are fortunate his dislocated knee turned out to be nothing too serious. The league needs Mahomes, and he reminded us why in his first game back.
