Will Fuller reportedly likely to play Sunday
The Houston Texans are in line to get a major boost for Sunday’s AFC Divisional game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
According to James Palmer of NFL Network, the Texans expect wide receiver Will Fuller to play Sunday barring a setback to his injured groin, despite Texans coach Bill O’Brien calling him a game time decision.
As @RapSheet said earlier in the week it looked like WR Will Fuller (groin) would be returning Sunday. Bill O’Brien called it a game time decision today. I’m told the expectation is he’ll play Sunday unless anything crazy happens between now and game time.

Quite simply, the Texans are better when Fuller plays, as he stretches defenses and forces them to deal with his speed. Houston was 8-3 when Fuller played in the regular season and 2-6 without him.
The good news is that Fuller appears to be on track based on where he was five days ago. Unless something changes in the next 48 hours, the Texans will be in fairly good shape on Sunday.
