Zay Jones will avoid charges for his naked arrest on Monday night.

The Buffalo Bills wide receiver was seen on video naked in a downtown Los Angeles apartment building as he was restrained by his brother. Police were called and arrested him for public vandalism for breaking a window. However, the LA district attorney’s office said on Thursday that Jones will not be charged due to a lack of sufficient evidence.

Spokesperson for LA district attorney tells ESPN that case against Zay Jones for vandalism will not continue because of insufficient evidence.

Video showed Jones bloodied, but despite that, the receiver will not be charged.

Jones, 22, had 27 catches for 316 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie last season.
