Rory McIlroy played some spectacular golf on Sunday to win the Australian Open, and one of the first people to congratulate him was girlfriend Caroline Wozniacki.

Shortly thereafter, McIlroy retweeted Woz’s tweet and added a happy face:

There were tons of rumors saying the two had broken up, so this would point to the contrary.
McIlroy shot a 6-under 66 to come from four shots behind and beat Adam Scott in Sydney. His comeback win also spoiled Scott’s bid for the rare Australian Triple Crown.
Maybe McIlroy’s win, which was his first of the year, has a lot to do with him finally being free mentally. His new sponsor, Nike, and his old sponsor, Oakley, finally settled their lawsuit. He said a few weeks ago that legal problems distracted him all season, so maybe he finally has a clear mind. Let’s hope that’s the case. It’s much more enjoyable seeing him play well rather than watching him struggle.
