Ken Duke saves par in amazing fashion at US Open (Video)
If you have never heard of Ken Duke, you’re probably just a casual golf fan. The 45-year-old is going to miss the cut on Friday at the US Open, but he still managed to make his way onto the highlight reel with one of the best par saves you will ever see.
Duke caught an incredibly unlucky roll with his tee shot on the par-3 ninth hole, and his ball ended up tucked under a bush. The only real option he had was to use the toe of his putter to knock it into a bunker and try to get up and down for bogey. But instead, he decided to just hole out for par.
Like a true boss, Duke dunked his bunker shot. You may see some incredible shots at the US Open this weekend, but I doubt you’ll witness a better par save than that one.
