
Pekka Rinne used every part of his equipment to make a save against the Winnipeg Jets in Game 4 on Thursday night.
Rinne lost his balance and control of his stick, so he tossed it to block part of the net. Luckily the knob was able to block a shot by Josh Morrissey that looked like it would go for a sure goal in the first period:

The Nashville Predators goalie was lucky not to get called for throwing his stick to make the save. Everything seemed to be going his way early as he stopped all the shots he faced in an effort to tie the series at 2.
