Phil Kessel burned USA Hockey with a sarcastic tweet after watching the U.S. flame out at the World Cup of Hockey.
The Pittsburgh Penguins forward sent this perfect tweet on Tuesday night:

The U.S. lost to Canada 4-2, ensuring they won’t move on in the event because it was their second loss (they also lost to Europe on Saturday).
They lacked severely in the goal-scoring department, as they were shutout by Europe and couldn’t really hang with Canada. Having a top goal-scorer like Kessel would have helped.
However, we must note that Kessel has had a hand injury and underwent surgery for it in July, so there was no guarantee he would have been able to play in the event.
