The horse is now a perfect five for five in winning races and has won a pace of one race per month since Dec. 2018, with this being the biggest win of all.
Country House, a 65:1 shot, finished second, while Code of Honor (14:1) finished third.
This is jockey Luis Saez’s first Kentucky Derby win, and a big victory for owners Gary and Mary West.
