Donald Trump rips ESPN in wake of Jemele Hill comments
Donald Trump may have a lot on his plate with the whole running the country thing, but the president always makes time to fire back at those who criticize him. The situation with ESPN’s Jemele Hill is no exception.
On Friday morning, Trump took to Twitter to rip ESPN for losing subscribers and demand that Hill and the network apologize.
ESPN is paying a really big price for its politics (and bad programming). People are dumping it in RECORD numbers. Apologize for untruth!

In case you haven’t heard, Hill blasted Trump earlier in the week and called him a white supremacist in a lengthy rant on social media. ESPN later distanced itself from the comments in a statement, forcing Hill to apologize for expressing her personal views via a forum that clearly associates her with the company. The network said it accepted the apology and denied a report claiming Hill was nearly kept off the air on Wednesday.
