Just in case you had any doubts about whether or not the beef between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier were real, watch this video.
Jones and Cormier did an interview on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” earlier this week to promote their upcoming Sept. 27 fight at UFC 178, but the real fireworks came during the off-air portion of their exchange when they were done with their segment.
This video emerged on Friday and it shows the heated, profanity-laced, chilling conversation the two had. It started with Jones calling Cormier a “pu**y,” and Cormier responding by calling Jones fake for trying to play the nice guy in the public eye.
The line of Cormier calling Jones fake continued until Cormier said he wished he could enter Jones’ booth to spit in his face. Though Jones remained calm after that threat, he turned quickly and literally said he would kill Cormier if he spit in his face.
