Grigor Dimitrov may have lost his third-round match at the Sony Open in Miami to Kei Nishikori on Sunday, but he was a winner for the nice gesture he made.
Early in the second set of the match, Dimitrov was between points and asked a ballgirl for his towel so he could dry off. She obviously had a delayed response, leading Dimitrov to realize she was struggling with the heat and humidity. The charming tennis player then walked the ballgirl off the court so she could be treated. He then went back to resume the match.
It’s pretty easy to see what girlfriend Maria Sharapova must see in him.
