Danny Farquhar continues to make tremendous progress in his recovery from a brain hemorrhage.
On Thursday, the Chicago White Sox reliever posted a video of himself throwing off flat ground (and delivering a perfect strike no less). Have a look:

The 31-year-old Farquhar has been out since April 20 when he suffered the hemorrhage during a game against the Houston Astros. He faced four batters in the 10-0 loss before passing out in the dugout shortly thereafter.
While he will not be pitching again this season, Farquhar’s neurosurgeon recently gave an encouraging update about his condition. Now this latest video is another great sign that the veteran is trending in the right direction.
