
Giancarlo Stanton crushed a home run out of Marlins Park on Friday for what went down as the longest home run of the season.
We know that destroying fastballs to Pensacola is nothing new for Stanton, but that does not make it any less enjoyable:

Stanton is what happens when you take a bodybuilder and give him the hand-eye coordination of John Olerud. He has the strength of the Incredible Hulk and the technical precision of Iron Man. It’s just a devastating combo.

Estimated at around 490 feet, that was the longest homer of the season.
