Minute Maid Park floods during game between White Sox and Astros
Parts of Texas have been dealing with torrential rain with several areas sustaining substantial flooding. Earlier in the week, Dell Diamond Stadium, located north of Austin, had the majority of its outfield flooded. On Saturday, Minute Maid Park in Houston began to take on water.
During the game between the Astros and White Sox, fans and reporters posted photos and video from around the stadium as water made its way inside.

Fans were permitted to remain in the ballpark after the game ended until the severe weather warning was removed from the area including the stadium.
Thankfully, relief appears to be in sight with clearing expected on Sunday and water levels beginning to recede shortly after.
