Chris Kaman pushes Chris Paul after shot to nuts (Video)

Chris Paul nut shot

A skirmish between the Clippers and Blazers broke out Wednesday night after a tussle under the basket between Chris Paul and Chris Kaman.

Kaman was fighting with CP3 for a rebound in the third quarter, and the point guard managed to steal the ball away from the much larger center. Kaman, who apparently reacted from a nut shot by CP3, pushes Paul from behind, causing the point guard to fall over.

Big Baby Davis went after Kaman, but LaMarcus Aldridge stepped in and shoved the Clippers forward. A few other players exchanged pushes, but nothing too bad happened.

Referees reviewed the play and called a flagrant-1 foul on Kaman. They gave Paul two free throws, which he made.

Despite being pushed by Kaman, Paul argued for the Portland big man to remain in the game. He could be heard yelling at the referees to let Kaman stay in the game rather than kick him out. Perhaps Paul felt guilty after the world saw his nut shot.
