For the last six days, fans in New York, Chicago, Miami, Cleveland, New Jersey and other areas have been on the edge of their seats waiting for the decisions of three men — LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. James has kept his silence pretty much since the Cleveland Cavaliers were knocked out of the playoffs, but Bosh and Wade have been anything but quiet.
Twitter was their medium of choice, as both used the social media to update the world regarding their free agency meetings. The duo both made comments about how choosing their new team wouldn’t be easy, but now it kind of feels like they had their minds set up on playing together a while ago.
Even on Wednesday morning Bosh wrote the following on his Twitter page: “What’s all the fuss about this morning? I woke up to a ton of emails, texts and missed calls.”
Looks like the gag is up, fellas. The world is pretty confident that these two will be playing together on the Miami Heat next season. We found out it has all been one big circus, with James, Wade and Bosh playing the roles of ringmasters. But that’s what they want right? They want all eyes on them. I think everyone secretly likes being the center of attention.
All I can say is good job to Wade and Bosh for fooling the prospective NBA teams into believing that you were interested in any other team than Miami. I might sound bitter because maybe I kind of am. I got sucked into the fantasy of believing the Bulls would become a dynasty once again. I have to believe that Chicago wasn’t the only team led on by these players. No one can blame them for wanting to play together, but now all eyes are really on the King and his decision Thursday night.Google+
