There is still a very long way to go in the NBA postseason, but we highly doubt you will see a more ridiculous flop than the one LeBron James executed during Game 7 against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday.
As he often does in big games, LeBron took over for the Cleveland Cavaliers and scored a whopping 45 points to help his team advance. He was clearly willing to do whatever it took to get the win, as evidenced by this legendary flop:

LeBron is certainly no stranger to flopping, and he has even sparked social media movements with similar antics in the past. Still, that was pretty excessive even by his standards.
