TCU advances to College World Series on Aggies error in 16th inning (Video)
TCU advanced to the College World Series late on Monday night after pushing across a run in the bottom of the 16th inning to secure a walk-off win over Texas A&M in the deciding game of their super regional series.
After the teams battled for six-plus scoreless frames in extras, the Horned Frogs got runners on first and second with two outs in the bottom of the inning and hit a chopper to third. The Aggies’ third baseman bobbled the ball and then bounced the throw home, allowing TCU to score the winning run.
