Grayson Allen caught attempting to trip yet another opponent? (Video)
Duke guard Grayson Allen may be back to his old tricks yet again.
After the No. 4-ranked Blue Devils narrowly lost to the No. 2-ranked Virginia Cavaliers on Saturday, video began circulating of Allen possibly involved in yet another tripping incident. Virginia guard Kyle Guy was attempting to navigate around a teammate’s pick when Allen, his on-ball defender, appeared to stick his right leg in front of Guy in an effort to impede his progress. Take a look:
Was it a defensible attempt to fight over a screen or was there malicious intent involved? Keep in mind that Allen was also involved in another controversial incident with Guy during the game — Guy had inadvertently elbowed Allen in the face, and when he tried to help Allen up, Allen smacked his hand away.

What we do know for absolute certain is that the senior Allen has racked up way too many tripping incidents to count over the years, so he probably lost his benefit-of-the-doubt privileges a long time ago.
