Jacob Coker sister: Shelley Spires is a volleyball player
Shelley Spires, the half-sister of Jacob Coker, drew a lot of attention during the Cotton Bowl Thursday night between Alabama and Michigan State (many thought she was Coker’s girlfriend, but obviously she’s not).
As the Crimson Tide did well, ESPN cameras showed Coker’s family on TV. Spires was fired up over her brother throwing a touchdown pass to make it 17-0 in the third quarter:

Spires is also a college athlete. She is a sophomore at the Air Force and plays outside hitter for their volleyball team. She’s 6-foot-1, which means she probably fits in height-wise when she’s hanging out with her brother and all his friends.
