Eli Manning did not attend the roast of Tom Brady on Sunday night, but he still managed to sneak in a ruthless shot at his fellow former quarterback.

Many of the biggest names from the sports and celebrity communities came together to roast Brady for a live Netflix special. Manning was not there, so the former New York Giants star made up for it Monday morning with a post on X.

“I thought about attending the Roast of Tom Brady last night, but I did not want to Roast him for a 3rd time!!” Manning wrote.

Manning, of course, led the Giants to two wins over the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl. The first was at the conclusion of the 2007 season, when New York ruined what would have been a perfect season for Brady and company. Manning and the Giants then beat the Patriots again four years later.

Brady had every joke imaginable thrown at him on Sunday night, and he may have even felt that one crossed the line. Manning made sure to keep the party going the next day.
