		<description>Millen is horrible in every respect and should have been fired years ago.  However, I disagree with your assessment that he is worse than Isiah Thomas.  Thomas not only proved to be no judge of talent, but he put the knicks in salary cap purgatory.  He also showed his versatility by being an equally terrible coach. 

Well, on second thought, maybe it is a tie.  I only wish that Millen didn't have a salary cap to save him and that he was sentenced to coach the players he traded for and drafted.</description>
