Bill O’Brien goes nuts on special teams coach Larry Izzo

Bill O’Brien had an incredible blowup on the sidelines Sunday at the start of the second half.

Although his Houston Texans were up 14-3 on the Detroit Lions, O’Brien went nuts on special teams coach Larry Izzo because there were only 10 men on the field for the kickoff at the start of the half.

O’Brien went ballistic on Izzo and had to be held back by one of his other assistants.

Though O’Brien’s actions certainly seemed to be overboard, it’s understandable why he’d be so upset, especially when something so simple happens right after halftime. There’s no excuse for something like that.
