Jason Witten yells at Cowboys coach Mike Pope on sidelines (Video)
Jason Witten was furious while his Cowboys were losing to the Philadelphia Eagles at home on Thanksgiving Thursday, and he let one of the team’s assistant coaches know about it.
At two points during the telecast, Witten was shown getting animated with tight ends coach Mike Pope. The video at the top came after the Cowboys recovered a fumble down 23-7 and only managed a field goal. Witten may have been frustrated with the playcalling, which included a third down play where Tony Romo was sacked, leading Dallas to kick a field goal. It’s also possible he was frustrated with his individual play or difficulty getting open, which seemed to be illustrated with the way he was motioning his hands.
The incident below where Witten was seen yelling at Pope occurred earlier in the game:
Deion Sanders took the opportunity to point out the difference in the way the outbursts of Witten are perceived compared to Dez Bryant:
Also funny that Witten went off on the sidelines about the ball and ain't nobody said nothing. #Truth

Remember this sidelines incident last season that received a ton of attention? Dez reportedly was just upset about the playcalling at the time, too.
