Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley was carted off the field on a stretcher Sunday after taking a hit to the head in the fourth quarter against the Cleveland Browns.
Finley was hit by Browns safety Tashaun Gipson after making a 10-yard catch. Though Finley was hit in the head, Gipson appeared to lead with his shoulder despite being penalized for a helmet-to-helmet hit.
Finley was down on the ground at Lambeau Field and transported to an ambulance. The team said he has a neck injury and feeling in his extremities. Finley also had a concussion in Week 3.
