Aaron Judge taken to hospital for MRI after being hit by pitch
Aaron Judge was taken to the hospital for an MRI on Thursday night after being hit by a pitch during the New York Yankees’ game against the Kansas City Royals.
Judge was hit in the hand/wrist area in the first inning but stayed in the game and managed to get a hit two innings later.

He was later replaced by a pinch-hitter in the fourth and taken for examination.
Judge saw the Yankees’ team doctor and then was sent to the hospital for an MRI.
Aaron Judge saw Yankees team Dr. Christopher Ahmad and is now on his way to the hospital for an MRI.
He was hit on the right hand/wrist by a pitch in the first inning. He stayed in and singled in his second AB, but was just pinch-hit for by Miguel Andujar in the 4th.

Judge is hitting .285 with a .947 OPS this season and is a big part of the Yankees’ high-powered offensive attack.
