Arizona’s Chris Owings leaves game after outfield collision
Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Chris Owings left Thursday’s game against the San Francisco Giants after colliding with a teammate in the outfield.
Owings was going for a ball in the right-center gap off the bat of Joe Panik and made the catch. Unfortunately A.J. Pollock was also going for the ball and crashed into him, with his knee nailing Owings in the head.
