Astros owner flew front office to DC to attend Game 3 of World Series
Not all of the news surrounding the Houston Astros is negative at the moment.
Astros owner Jim Crane apparently flew the team’s front office to Washington D.C. to attend Game 3 of the World Series at Nationals Park on Friday night. Amid all the red clothing from Nats fans, there was a group in orange way up in the third deck in right field supporting the Astros.

The trip was worth it — the Astros won 4-1 to grab their first victory in the series. Houston took a 1-0 lead in the second, got two hits apiece from their top three hitters — George Springer, Jose Altuve and Michael Brantley — and a solo home run from Robinson Chirinos.
Patrick Corbin will pitch for the Nationals in Game 4 on Saturday. The Astros will start Jose Urquidy in what’s expected to be a bullpen game.
He said it, you wear it! Astros fans: Carlos Correa called his team “Apex Predators” after beating the Yankees. Now it’s time for you to wear the Apex Predators shirt. Purchase it below:
