Astros issue statement about Brooks Marlow’s Jessica Mendoza tweet

The Houston Astros issued a statement on Wednesday night condemning the tweet sent by prospect Brooks Marlow about ESPN analyst Jessica Mendoza.
Marlow, a 29th-round pick by the Astros out of Texas, sent a tweet complaining about Mendoza calling the Giants-Mets wild card game because she’s a woman.

Marlow isn’t the first nor will he be the last person to rip on Mendoza for being a woman. Some just take longer to get used to a woman’s commentary than others.
