Cardinals’ Dexter Fowler posts perfect tweet for July 4
This Independence Day, Dexter Fowler has some wise words for all of us.
The St. Louis Cardinals outfielder took to Twitter on Thursday to wish everybody a Happy Fourth of July by reminding them that exactly zero people will be watching the video of fireworks that they record on their phone.
Just a friendly 4th of July reminder that absolutely no one is going to watch the video of fireworks you recorded on your phone

Fowler, who is hitting .244 with a .745 OPS this season, is as patriotic as they come — his current team is the Cards and his previous team was the Chicago Cubs, meaning that he has the entire red, white, and blue spectrum covered.
Jokes aside, it’s worth noting that Fowler didn’t mention anything about setting off a July 4 fireworks show of his own like this fellow baseball player.
