Every so often, Major League Baseball players are subjected to random drug tests. On Saturday, it was David Price’s turn. Price, of course, passed and took the opportunity to thank MLB for the boost of confidence it gave him.
Hey @MLB thanks for that boost of confidence with that drug test yesterday…BUT I'm all me PED free baby!!

Not that Price is short on confidence — he’s one of the best pitchers in baseball and has a Cy Young Award to prove it. However, since joining the Blue Jays prior to the trade deadline, Price has stepped up his level of play.
Through three games, the lefty has pitched to a 1.61 ERA over 22.1 innings with 24 strikeouts. Toronto gave up a valued prospect in Daniel Norris to bring Price north of the border and, so far, Price has been just what they hoped. He’s been so good, MLB decided to make sure Price was doing it the right way. That’s how Price would tell it, anyway.
Something tells us this NFL quarterback doesn’t feel quite as warm and fuzzy when he’s forced to pee in a cup.
