Diamondbacks remember former employee who died in Las Vegas shooting
The Diamondbacks took a few moments prior to Wednesday’s game against the Rockies to honor a former employee who lost her life during the shooting in Las Vegas that occurred over the weekend.
Among the more than fifty people who were killed by a gunman was Christiana Duarte, who worked for the Diamondbacks as a member of its sales development staff earlier this year. Prior to the National League wild-card game, Arizona remembered Duarte as well as all of the victims who lost their lives that day.

A nice gesture indeed by the Diamondbacks and our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who has been affected by the tragedy in Las Vegas.
