Sophie Cunningham is continuing to get buckets during the WNBA offseason.
The WNBA guard Cunningham officially revealed on Wednesday that she is one of the models for this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. In a joint post with SI, Cunningham shared her photos from the shoot.
Cunningham also shared a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot along with fellow WNBA star Napheesa Collier and track and field star Melissa Jefferson-Wooden, both of whom posed for SI Swimsuit this year too.

The 29-year-old Cunningham, who is officially listed at 6-foot-1 and 165 pounds, rose to prominence last WNBA season after standing up for Indiana Fever superstar teammate Caitlin Clark during a game. She later managed to turn her newfound fame into a number of fitting endorsement deals.
While Cunningham is currently an unrestricted free agent, she continues to do very well for herself in other regards. Cunningham was recently in the news again after revealing her one big rule for dating.
