A fan attending Friday’s Milwaukee Brewers home game against the Cincinnati Reds held up a sign telling Yelich to check his direct messages on the photo-oriented social media app.

The young girl’s poster had a bunch of hearts on it, a smiley face, and added “ILY”, which is an acronym for “I love you.”
It’s unclear whether Yelich saw the sign, but she did get to watch him go 2-for-5 with 3 RBIs, including a 2-run home run.
