Fernando Tatis Jr. trolls Dodgers fans after getting bottles thrown at him
Fernando Tatis Jr. fully embraced playing the villain Sunday in Game 2 of the San Diego Padres’ NLDS matchup against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, Calif.
Tatis gave the Padres an early 1-0 lead with a solo shot in the top of the 1st inning. San Diego carried that lead the rest of the way and was ahead 4-1 after the top of the 7th.
With the home team struggling, Dodgers fans grew more frustrated as the game progressed. Things escalated during the 7th-inning stretch. As Tatis took his place in right field, Dodgers fans began throwing bottles at him.

The right-field fans had been beefing with Tatis all throughout the game. Tatis trolled the fans right back with a few fake tears.

The lively Dominican has never been one to shy away from such attention and that didn’t change in Game 2 against the Dodgers.

The Padres star did more than just taunt the fans with his best acting chops. Tatis went 3-for-4 at the plate with two home runs and a double to help seal a 10-2 win and even the series.
Tatis wasn’t the only one who had a back-and-forth with fans all game.
Dodgers fans also threw things at the Padres’ other corner outfielder who had teased them earlier in the game.
