Jose Bautista did his best to not to anger those on hand at Globe Life Park in Arlington after hitting a home run during Game 1 of the ALDS.
With the Blue Jays up 7-0 over the Rangers in the top of the ninth inning, Bautista added three more runs with a home run that scored Josh Donaldson and Edwin Encarnacion. The Toronto outfielder is, of course, not very well liked in Texas because of his now famous bat flip during last year’s Division Series. This time around, Bautista had a much more subdued reaction to his long ball.

Bautista may have kept the celebrating to a minimum on Thursday, but you know it had to feel good inside considering what happened earlier this season.
