Mariano Rivera retirement gifts: A look at what he received
The A’s gave Rivera surfboard and engraved bottle of white wine from a Napa Valley vineyard. They also gave a $10,042 check to Rivera’s foundation to match the closer’s jersey number.

The Angels gave Rivera a portrait of him pitching. It was painted by artist Stephen Holland and presented to Rivera by owner Arte Moreno and first baseman Albert Pujols.

The Rangers gave Rivera personalized cowboy boots and a cowboy hat. They also made a donation to his foundation. The gifts were presented by current Rangers closer Joe Nathan, and former Rangers closer John Wetteland, who also preceded Rivera as the closer of the Yankees.
