
Perhaps what happened with Washington Nationals manager Davey Martinez was a bad omen ahead of the NL Wild Card Game on Tuesday night.
Martinez admitted to reporters on Tuesday that he accidentally shaved off his playoff beard. The manager said the guard came off his clipper, which led him to adjust.
