Tim Hudson’s wife says husband made fantasy football trades day of his World Series start

Tim HudsonTim Hudson made his first career World Series start on Friday, and he spent the day just like most of us average Joe’s do: tweaking his fantasy football roster.

According to Hudson’s wife, Kim, who was interviewed during Game 3 of the World Series, the family tried to treat the day like any other. For Tim, that meant making fantasy football trades on his iPad, Kim told FOX’s Erin Andrews.

Hudson had been in the playoffs six previous times in his career, but he had never made it out of the divisional round until this year. In his World Series debut, the veteran pitched 5.2 innings allowing four hits, a walk and three runs. It was a respectable performance as he left with a 2-0 deficit in the sixth (Javier Lopez allowed an RBI single in relief of Hudson).

Let’s just hope Tim got some good value in his fantasy football deals.
