Allen Iverson supposedly forgot Hall of Fame trophy, left it in hotel room
Like all of the Hall of Famers before him, Allen Iverson received a trophy last week when he was immortalized along with other basketball legends in Springfield. How much does the hardware mean to him? Not a whole lot, it would seem.
On Wednesday, a listener of “The Toucher and Rich Show” on 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston shared a photo that allegedly shows the trophy Iverson left behind at his hotel room following the Hall of Fame ceremonies.

If this was any other player, it would be hard to believe. But forgetting something that important when leaving a hotel is something we could totally see A.I. doing. Keep in mind this is the same Iverson who was late to his own press conference at the Hall of Fame. A day later, the former Philadelphia 76ers star let a bunch of people down when he failed to show up to this event.
In a certain sense, every member of the Basketball Hall of Fame is one of a kind. Iverson just takes it a step further.
UPDATE: Iverson apparently left the trophy behind intentionally.
