Angel Reese can make even her fellow professional athletes look small in comparison.

The Chicago Sky star forward Reese was in attendance for Saturday night’s super middleweight title fight between Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and Terence “Bud” Crawford at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nev. Before the bout, Reese met up with Crawford in the dressing room to wish him luck.

Many social media users were stunned by how Reese towered way over Crawford. Check out the video for yourself.

Crawford, who is officially listed at 5-foot-8, currently fights in a division with a maximum weight of 168 pounds. Thus, many fighters in the division are under six feet tall. Meanwhile, Reese, who stands 6-foot-3, plays in a sport with an emphasis on height, which explains the disparity between the two.

The four-division champion Crawford, 37, entered Saturday’s fight looking to add to his perfect record of 41-0. But he had a tough task against Alvarez, 35, who hadn’t lost a bout himself in over three years (since his unanimous decision defeat to Dmitry Bivol in May 2022).

Meanwhile, Reese has a bit of free time right now since the Sky just saw their season come to an end with a brutal 10-34 record on the year. Reese, 23, has been causing more than her fair share of drama with her team lately, but she was able to briefly set that aside on Saturday night to take in some boxing action.
