Caleb Wilson definitely has some nasty in him.
The Chicago Bulls star rookie Wilson went viral during Thursday’s Summer League game against the Los Angeles Lakers. As the two teams went into halftime at Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nev., tensions boiled over a little.
After a first half full of trash talk and hard fouls, the Bulls and the Lakers had to be separated as they were walking off the floor down to their respective locker rooms. Take a look.

At one point, Lakers forward Arthur Kaluma started jawing at the Bulls. That led to a savage response from Wilson who simply yelled back, “Who are you?” at Kaluma.

Indeed, Kaluma is a little-known forward who went undrafted in 2025 before signing with the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G League. Meanwhile, Wilson was an All-American and First Team All-ACC selection last season at North Carolina who went with the No. 4 overall pick to the Bulls in this year’s NBA Draft.
Wilson has also earned the right to talk some smack after averaging a stout 23.5 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in Summer League play. While the Lakers did go on to earn the 105-82 victory over the Bulls on Thursday, Wilson is quickly winning over fans with both his impressive play (including one massive poster dunk earlier this week) and his mean streak to boot.
